Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pirvano.com (the "Site") and your purchases from PrintPal ("PrintPal", "we", "us" or "our"). PrintPal is a brand owned and operated by NRT Worldwide LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Our products are made for children to use, but they must be purchased by an adult. We currently sell and ship to the 26 countries listed in our Shipping Policy. You agree to give us accurate, current information and to keep any account login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Our products

PrintPal sells the Printpal, a sticker printer for kids that prints black and white stickers on thermal paper from what a child asks for, along with accessories such as the Printpal Refill: 5 Rolls, a Marker Kit and a Carry Case. The Printpal is sold as 1 Printpal, 2 Printpals with 10 free bonus rolls, or 4 Printpals with 10 free bonus rolls.

  • Adult supervision. Please read the included instructions before first use and supervise young children while they use the Printpal and its accessories.
  • AI generated designs. Sticker designs are created by artificial intelligence from the words a child says. Results can vary, and a design may not always match exactly what was asked.
  • Black and white printing. The Printpal prints in black and white only. Color can be added by hand, for example with the Marker Kit.
  • Thermal paper. Printed stickers are thermal prints. Like all thermal prints, they can fade over time with heat, sunlight or friction.

Product images on the Site are for illustration. Small differences in color or packaging may occur.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency. Shipping is free on every order. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, which are paid by the recipient.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may limit or cancel orders (for example, for suspected fraud, resale, pricing errors or product availability), and if we do we refund any amount charged in full.

We work to show prices and product information accurately. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Any "compare at" or crossed out price on our Site reflects the regular price we actually charge for the same items purchased separately.

By giving us a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge it for your order. All purchases are one time purchases. We do not charge you again unless you place a new order.

4. Promotions and free items

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with them, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may end at any time without affecting orders already placed. Free rolls included with a bundle are part of that bundle and have no separate cash value.

5. Shipping, refunds and guarantee

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, our 90-Day Happy Kid Guarantee and the 14 day right to cancel for customers in the UK, the EU and other countries that provide it are governed by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to you, and we replace or refund lost and damaged packages as described in those policies.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is your honest experience and that you have the right to share it, and you give us a non exclusive, royalty free license to display it on our Site and marketing. Please do not share photos that show a child's face or personal details unless you are their parent or guardian and agree to it being shown. Reviews submitted by customers are published as written, positive and negative, and we never pay for them. Sample or illustrative reviews, when displayed on a product page, are clearly identified with a "Sample reviews" label and do not represent verified purchases. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or contains personal information.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, placing fraudulent orders, or buying products for unauthorized resale.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the PrintPal name and logo, text, graphics, images and design, belong to NRT Worldwide LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Stickers your family prints with the Printpal are yours to use for personal, non commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including statutory rights for faulty goods in your country.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintPal and NRT Worldwide LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states and countries do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PrintPal and NRT Worldwide LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Resolving problems

Most concerns can be solved quickly. Please email support@pirvano.com first and give us a chance to fix it. We respond within 1 business day. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where you live. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the "Last updated" date and do not affect orders placed before that date.
